 Florida RV Net LLC Reservation Terms

  •   Your Reservation is made completely online, except for your Credit Card information, which we accept only by phone when you call us to authorize us to charge your Credit Card for the Reservation Deposit. By calling us and authorizing us to charge your credit card for the Reservation Deposit, you attest that you have agreed to these Reservation Terms.
  •  The Reservation Deposit of $250 is applied to your RV Rental Fees, if there is no Cancellation.
  •  The Cancellation Fee, taken from the Reservation Deposit, is $100 up to 30 days prior to Departure, then $250 thereafter. Any remaining balance of your Deposit is refunded.
  •  Your Damage Deductible (what you owe before Insurance may apply) is $500. Insurance does not cover damage to the interior or willful abuse of the RV.
  •  Your Security Deposit includes your Damage Deductible, Deposits on Options and a Reserve for other typical charges, such as extra miles, that you might incur in route. The Deposit affirms that you have the financial capacity to pay those charges upon return. The Deposit amount is stated clearly on your on-line Reservation Quote prior to your decision to book the RV, but may have to be increased for extra mileage when we take your Credit Card information by phone.
  •  One week AFTER return of the RV or repair to damage caused by you, whichever is later, your Security Deposit is refunded, LESS an Administrative Fee ($30 for any USA Resident using a PERSONAL Credit Card; otherwise $60) and any other Contractual Charges due such as damage, extra mileage, etc.
  •  All RV Rental Fees (less the Reservation Deposit) and the Security Deposit will be charged to your Credit Card 14 days prior to Departure (immediately if your Reservation is made less than 14 days prior to Departure). If these charges are declined for more than seven days, you have cancelled your Reservation.
  •  Refunds: The Security Deposit is fully refundable prior to Departure. Rental Fees are non-refundable after they are charged; however, we give a full Credit (less the Cancellation Fee) valid for one year, for future rentals, subject to availability. There are no refunds for early returns (except see Hurricane Policy) or non-use of purchased options.
  •  Hurricane Policy: In the event the National Hurricane Center issues a Hurricane Warning for Florida within 7 days before your scheduled Departure date, either you or we may cancel your Reservation and you will receive a 100% refund of all credit card charges made. If a Hurricane Watch or Evacuation in Florida forces an early return, you will receive a refund for unused nights. If a Hurricane Disaster Response forces a cancellation of your Reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of all credit card charges made.
  •  We reserve the right to substitute an equal or better RV, but then you may cancel your Reservation and receive a 100% refund of all credit card charges made. Our liability for your Reservation is limited to a refund of all monies paid to us.
  •  You must return the RV to the Departure Location by 12:00 Noon of the specified Return Date, unless by prior printed consent or purchased Option; otherwise $25 per hour Late Charges will apply.
  •  Insurance is required (www.MBAChoice.com) at $15-20 per day to add Personal Liability coverage for you and all with you on your trip, unless your Auto Insurance Company can provide us an insurance binder to cover you. All Insurance must be completed by 48 Hours prior to Departure Date.
  •  No Smoking. No Pets allowed, except by prior paid Permission. Penalty + Cleaning & Repair Costs for violation of Smoking, Pet Permission or Posted Pet Policy.
  •  Prohibited Uses prior printed consent are: a) Towing, b) Getting on the Roof, c) Driving outside the United States, d) Driving on any unpaved surface that is not smooth, well-maintained and free of rocks, ruts or holes, e) Using the Awning and f) Breaking the seals on the Awning or Hitch.
  •  If you are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, inattentive to our walk-thru, or otherwise cause us to believe at departure that it would be unwise to rent the RV to you, we reserve the right to cancel your rental and refund 100% of monies paid to us.
  •  RV must be returned in the same condition as it was at departure, excepting ordinary wear and these qualifications: a) DON'T wash the Exterior, except Front-end if Love Bugs are present (usually only May & September), b) DON'T wash Linens/Towels or vacuum Carpet, c) DO clean Kitchen, Bathroom, Eating Utensils and all carpet/upholstery stains. Explicit details are covered in our onboard "Condition Upon Return" document. Emptying the holding tanks is much appreciated, but not required; we don’t charge you to do it for you.
  •  Any a) modification to these Reservation Terms, your Reservation or your Rental Contract or b) other verbal or email agreements are not valid until put on paper and signed by Florida RV Net LLC.
