Our used RVs are a better purchase than a direct by-owner. Why?
First of all, our motorhomes are in much better condition than the typical RV
rental of the major companies,
because we (Nita and Bob) own and use them.
Second, we must maintain our motorhomes to a very high standard for our select rental customers…
many of whom have been disappointed with the quality of fleet RV rentals. We do all the work ourselves.
Third, most mechanical/equipment problems occur in the first 20,000 miles. You can find low-mileage RVs;
but, if the motorhome is more than 12 months old, the coach warranty probably has expired and it may not have been thoroughly tested.
Fourth, you will get a copy of our Rental Manual, which contains all our knowledge gained over
seven years in using and renting motorhomes.
Finally, and most important, ALL motor vehicles, from autos up to large trucks, are designed
under the assumption that they will be used regularly. They don’t do well sitting in storage for six months.
For example, the generator needs to be run 2 hours per month or corrosion will set in.
Batteries will sulfate if not used.

Bottomline: Although our RVs have been thoroughly tested and are in above average condition,
we offer them at below Average Retail in order to expedite replacing them with new units.
